If you’re like most real estate investors, you already run paid ad campaigns on your website (Carrot or otherwise). The website/company we ran Google Ads campaigns for is Henry Home Buyers, a real estate investment firm that operates out of Minneapolis, Minnesota. This is what their website looks like. From April 15 to May 15, we drove traffic to their website through the Google Ad campaigns below. Meanwhile, we tracked their PPC metrics, website conversion rate, and even put a heatmap on their homepage. The Most Clicked
The conversion rate was above average and very healthy at 16.54%, meaning that 21 of the 127 people who clicked also opted into the Henry Home Buyers website to become a lead. real estate investor adwords statistics Considering that most real estate investors need 20 or 25 leads to generate a deal, this Google Ads campaign could theoretically have been $10,000 or $20,000 (depending on the magnitude of their wholesale fees) – we weren’t able to find out how many of those leads turned into deals, so it’s guesswork.
